Voter ID — Not able to submit the online form no 6 of voter id, it shows error

I have been trying to fill the online form no 6 from past january month but it always shows me error. if this will continue then the time period of submitting the form will get over and i would not be able to fill the form no 6 of voter id... my name is priyanka... i have called upon 1950 no for help but every time the customer care executives ask me to wait and wait becoz of some or the other reasons... they are not at all helpful.. if this is the condition then government should stop this online submission facility because in any way its not working and people are making themselves fool this... [protected]@yahoo.com is my email id... i request you to pls help me with this issue as soon as possible.. will be looking forward for it...i request you to please ask the customer care executives not to provide wrong information/ misguide to the people.
