VR Portfolio Pvt Ltd - Bij Via Snapdeal — Replacement of Infocus M2 mobile

I purchased InFocus M2 3G 3 times from
snapdeal. First one(Snapdeal Order ID: [protected]) is for me, second
one(Snapdeal Order ID: [protected]) for my friend and the third
one(Snapdeal Order ID: [protected]) for my colleague. Two mobiles working
fine till now. But, the third one have speaker problem. The problem
started from date i received it. Because of busy works in my office i am
given it to the nearest service centre located at Calicut(Kerala).
After one week they returned to to me and they said the problem is
solved. But when i checked it, the speaker problem still exists.
Again(2nd time) i given it to the service centre at the same place.
After two weeks they returned it to me. But they problem still exists.
Again(3rd time) given to the service centre. After within 2 weeks they
again returned to me and said the problem is solved(Received on August
7th). That time when i receiving it the mobile was switched off. So, i
was unable to check it from there. I asked can u charge my mobile for
testing the speaker problem is solved. But, they replied that they don't
have the charger :-(After reaching my home fully charged it.
Then just checked whether the problem still exists or not. But,
unfortunately :-( They problem didn't yet solved. The actual
problem is for the speaker. Speaker is in stuck mode while playing any
music, system ringtones etc. In very lower volume it is playing without
any problem. But, in higher volume we cant play anything. It is
irritating sir. Playing sounds like hanging. What should i do now sir?
May i get a replacement? It was defective from the beginning i got it. I am requesting you to replace this defect device by a new one.

Worst support from snapdeal.Purchased Infocus m350 from snapdeal on 16 Jul 2015(order number:[protected]). The mobile went faulty last month and was given for servicing during warranty period.could understand from service center that the imei number on the mobile was different from the one mentioned on the invoice.Also the service center refused to give back the mobile after servicing.Contacted snapdeal service center 5 times in last 2 weeks but they have not yet send the updated invoice and my warranty period ends tomorrow(16th July).snapdeal assures to send the correct invoice in 24 hrs every time I call them but not done.The seller was VR Portfolio Pvt ltd-mundka, new Delhi. Need your support to get this addressed.
