Varun Ramu who also is CEO of his fake and worst and fraud start up company by the name VRCS Enterprise Solutions is a fraudster he will hire you and he will betray you without paying salary. I and other 3 employees of the company were cheated completely and not given salary for 5 months. Please be careful about this company and the person himself. Please keep yourself away from this scamster company and scamster Varun Ramu. This is just me and other 3 employees story and not sure how many more have been victims of this fraud and scam. I had employed them in month from 12th December 2022, due to serious problems in the organization we could not pay their salaries for the month of December and January, Feb and March month their was not work activity from them and neither i had asked them to work, i tried to get amount from another source but that also did not turn out well and i was left with no money, in between all these i have been in regular conversation with all four of them and have assured them that i will pay their pending salaries within 3 months i.e 26th June 2023, which has been communicated to them on mail as well, but even after all these they threatened me again and again of lodging complaint and harassed with vulgar words.
