I had sent my luggage via vrl packers n movers from hyderabad to assam a month back on 1st december '19. It has not been delivered to assam till date and it's almost 1 month now. And on asking the customer services say they have misplaced one of my package which they have no idea where has it gone. I want all of my package to be delivered soon.
