VRL Travels — 3 Hours delay, no rest stop for female passengers

Recently travelled with VRL bus from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 3 Apr 24 with my mother who is senior citizen, the complete journey was very uncomfortable for the following reasons
1. Wrong pick location provided - Asked before 20 minutes to cross a busy road and come to other side for pick up to a senior citizen.
2. Multiple stops provides to male passenger for toilet at road side which delayed the bus further, no organised single stop for all passengers.
3. Stopped at road side for rest stop, when asked about female passengers, the driver was rude and asked to walk 1 km to a petrol pump.
4. No water provided.
5. Staff were not at all co-operative
