VRL Travels — About refund of money

We travelled from Shirdi to Bangalore on 9th June 2016. After some distance from Ahemed Nagar, the gear box of the bus broke down and we waited there for 5 hours. Then a semi sleeper bus came and drove us back to Bangalore. We have booked by sleeper but came by semi sleeper bus. So, I want Refund of money from sleeper to semi-sleeper charge.
