VRL Travels — Bus cancelled by VRL not giving refund

I had booked ticket to hyderabad from pune on 31st of january. Bus was cancelled and i got message about that and in that they said to collect money from any VRL office. I reside in wakad pune, i cald katraj office they informed me to collect from Lucky travels situated in wakad bridge. I went thrice to their office they said they dont have money. I just cant expect this from such a good travel and im a regular passenger of VRL. I hope my complaint will be resolved. I will give ticket details once i get response.
