Vu Televisions — Company Not Delivering New Motherboard to Home Address

HI Team,
My VU 55UT model stopped working then I send a mail to company, they asked me to pay 1500/- for service, I paid the money then one Technician from company had come to my home and looked at the issue and found that Mother Board has the issue, which needs to be replaced with new one.
I sent request to [protected]@vutvs.com mail to know the procedure to buy new Mother Board, they replied with details.
Here is the issue, They are saying that they will send the Mother Board with the technician, he will replace that item and I have to return back my existing mother board, then I replied to mail as deliver the new Mother Board to my home address because if your technician carries the item how would I know that whether it is a new Item or not? there is a chance of fraud.
As a customer I am paying the money for new Mother Board why can not they deliver the product to my home address(they can deliver to address which is available on invoice when I bought the Vu TV).

REQUEST: PLEASE DELIVER THE NEW ITEM TO MY HOME ADDRESS, BECAUSE AS A CUSTOMER OF VU I HAVE THE RIFHT TO BUY ANY NEW SPARE PART FROM COMAPNY WITH TRUST, HOW CAN YOU SEND IT WITH TECHNICIAN WHERE I CAN NOT BELIVE MIDDLE MAN, WHEN YOU ARE ABALE TO DELIVER THE TV WHY CAN NOT YOU DELIVER THE PARTS OF THE TV.

VU TV SUPPORT TEAM IS VERY LAZY THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER ISSUES, IF I SEND A MAIL THEY WILL NOT REPLAY, , I HAD TO SEND MAIL MULTIPLE TIMES.
