I have been a vu tv customer for two years.
The TV's complaint has not been resolved despite continuous service requests. My tv which is display compliant was taken away and someone's old tv was repaired and the display was replaced and given to me. Service requests have been raised several times asking that the said TV is totally compliant and that it should be replaced. One of your service engineers has visited and realized the complaint in person and he said that the complaint cannot be copied on mobile and only by sending it to head office the issue will be resolved. So I need to return my old TV repaired as soon as possible otherwise I will file a complaint in the consumer court. The service request numbers are given below. Do the needful ASAP.

Updated by sineeshs The tv was replaced as part of resolving the display complaint, after which the wifi and bluetooth facility on the tv stopped working. Complaint was registered with customer care and technetian came and repaired and solved the issue, next day this complaint came again. Now wifi bluetooth facility is unusable
