I have sent a mail on 11th September for registering my service request for checking the VU TV problem. They replied on sunday to make payment Rs. 1500/- Inspection charges and have paid it on 12th Sunday itself and till now i am not getting the CRN no and the engineer details. I have been calling and sending mails and no proper response. I didn't get any responsible people in Chennai contact details. Why they are taking to attend the service call so much time and when they will rectify my TV and put on Service. This is how you will provide the service. If i know this kind of service you will provide, i would thrown out this TV in bay of bengal and never think about VU TV in my life time. For your information I bought 7 TV s of VU in the last 3 years for my family. This is really not appreciable sir.
I will not recommend to anyone and put the service quality in the social media also.
Kindly check and depute the engineer today itself and rectify the problem.
