Vu Televisions — not satisfied support

I bought a 43" VU 4k smart TV 2 years back and now there is a problem with the display panel (vertical lines on the screen). Since the warranty is only for 1 year, the engineer says that its a display panel issue and they say that it can't be repaired and the panel has to be replaced which costs around Rs. 25, 000/- and they don't have confirmation on the panel availability can be only confirmed once i send them the money. This is pure cheating from VU company as they are selling cheap quality products which don't even last for 2 years! Customer care team say that it happens in some TVs, but looking at the complaints, looks like with VU TVs, it happens with 50% of their TVs!!! It is definitely an issue of their poor manufacturing quality, so why should the customer be at loss!
customer care also offered buyback option in that they will give you 3000 rupees only of your.
