I had purchased Vu smart tv on 12/08/2019 and it was working good till date. On 12 June 2022 it had a problem of mother board so it was replaced with warranty and then on 15 July 2022 there had been a horizontal line on the screen so i had call thier costomer care team and their appointed technician told us that the new led pannel will have to replace replaced under warranty within 2 week's and it was done by him in good way, but on 29 July 2022 the tv which was replaced by them was defective and not switching on, so i had to call them ask for re replacement. And also they had not given me any accessories of the new replaced tv but on second replacement they have given me the accessories of it that means they were manipulating customers and were doing false Trade Practices
So i want to file a case on Vu technology pvt ltd to seek for financial compensation of Rs 80 Lakhs for my Mental Agony due to their bad service that is also for 2 times. Was this information helpful? |
