I bought a Vu TV from flipkart 3 years back and suddenly the picture tube (panel) went black, after three days of continuous follow up with the customer service and engineer was sent who said that the panel is dead and we have to replace it at a cost of Rs 26500. When it is difficult for the company to send a service engineer for 3 days what guarantee is there that they will replace the panel after payment. The local manager himself admitted that the complaint was booked on 11th and engineer was sent on 13th. No doubt we were cheated but we should put our comments on amazon and flipkart so that no other person would purchase such a sub standard product for which service is not good Was this information helpful? |
