Hi team,
I have raised a complaint on June 15th mentioning that the tv display issue and remote not working. The tv replacement given for display issue after 20 days. But the remote issue has not been resolved and they asked me to raise a new request for remote issue and I raised it on 3 rd july. Today I called them to enquire (I e 13th July) about the remote issue and they are saying your tv is out of warranty. Kindly resolve the issue.
