I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received when attempting to address a problem with my VU TV. Not only did the TV malfunction, but the technicians assign by your brand was highly unprofessional, someone called me from mobile number [protected] and saying that he cannot come to our home to check the TV, he will come when ever think. We expected some Qulatiy on the product, That is the reson we bought it but we are extremelty disstatisfied with the device because within one month TV got faulty.
Secondly, the technicians assigned by your brand to fix the TV were highly unprofessional. They were rude and dismissive when I attempted to explain the problem, and seemed to have no interest in addressing the issue properly. They did not take the time to diagnose the problem correctly, and as a result, my TV is still not working.
I find it unacceptable that I spent a significant amount of money on a VU TV and received such poor service when attempting to address a problem. I would appreciate it if you could take action to replace the faulty unit as promised during the purchase.
I am eager to hear from you regarding the steps you will take to address this matter.
