I Have bought VU LEDTV 43 inch Smart TV in Dec 2018 and within 1.5 years o[censored]se, the mother board got defective. After a lot of struggle from the service station, the mother board was replaced. To my surprise, the mother board was again failed to operate. I raised a ticket in September asking some technician to attend the same. After attending the issue, it was informed to me that it requires replacement of mother board. For that they asked me to make payment of cost of mother board in advance. After making the payment, I started following them but there was hardly any response from the service station in Bangalore or from the technician. When checked with technician, he said he is dependent on the Mumbai office to send the spare parts. After a lot of hussle, and after raising the complaint, the lady named as Shwetha responded in very rude way that i have to wait until they receive the spare parts from Mumbai. I would like to know that after waiting for more than 7 days, why it takes so long time to get the parts. This clearly shows that the company do not maintain inventory of spare parts and depend on customer money to order for replacement. This clearly shows the credibility of the company and the rude behaviour of the staffs. I would strongly recomend to the consumer to think thrice before owning the product from VU California.
