I ordered sofa on 12/03/2024 and the scheduled delivery date was 19/03/2024. Even by 18/03/2024 the product was under processing, I called customer care to complain, but they refused to take complain and asked me to wait till 19/03/2024. I called back on 19/03/2024, ticket was raised, I got the new delivery date of 26/03/2024. As the date approached, I called again, and requested call from Case owner who called me informed me that the product will docked on 23/04/2024 and confirmed the same over email, she further confirmed that I will receive call on 24/03/2024 with delivery details. Today on 24/03/2024, the status shows under processing and didn't receive any call or email. I called and requested customer care to arrange call back from Case owner, they assured me within an hour I will get the call which I didn't recieved. I again called customer care and informed the same, they assured me that I will get the call from them in an hour. Finally I received call from nodal officer, he had no update about the current status, he requested for one more day to give the latest update about the delivery date as the product is still at the manufacturing unit, he was not sure whether it has been manufactured yet. With this I can infer that I will not get the product on the revised date of 26/03/2024, it's going to extend further. Not sure how long will this keep extending as they don't have the correct information or they provide the incorrect information to customer to lure them in.
Please help me with this regard
