I had ordered 2 mirrors and once the 1st one was delivered I realised that it is too small so I requested their customer service to cancel the 2nd mirror (it was shipped as yet) and take the 1st one back and process a refund. Been over 30 days now and no action has been taken. Their customer service manager (Vikas Choudhary) guess doesn’t understand a word of English. Didn’t even read my email and has stopped responding totally. Nothing but fraudsters. Never ever deal with them. They have taken the money upfront so now we are at their mercy to refund.
