Wallmantra.com — 4 months, no refund, no order delivery , no updates

Placed an prepaid order on 29 Nov 2023 of value 6543. No updates on order, no refund, no delivery. Customer care is not responding and website used to say they will refund. but nothing is happening., I want my hard earned money back.Please help
