I have placed an order for a smart watch and paid 2099/- and I have received a local china piece like watch which is o[censored]tter low quality . I tried calling the customer service and the call never gets connected, Looks like this site is a fraud one .
And I dont understand unlike other shopping websites why are these people charging 100/- from the customer if they would like to return the product.
And what is the guarantee that we would get our cash back or a replacement of the product that we have ordered.
