Water Supply Department Dari Dharamshala (Himachal Pradesh) — water problem

Dear sir/ madam,
I along with my parents residing at village dari near bypass road, tehsil dhramshala, distt. Kangra (Hp) suffering from problem in water supply. Sometimes there is no water & sometimes the quantity of water is so less that not even one 500 lt. Tank is filled for the day. We have taken two connection, one for new house & one for old house where our grandparents use to live. But in old connection there is no water at all & in new connection water comes just to quench our thirst.
Therefore please tell the right person where the complaint should be given & immediate action will be taken. Where water supply lines will be checked & water timing will be increased & equal amount of water will be given to every one.
