Water Wastage — Complaint against water wastage

I am a resident of bhramaputra apartments, noida sector 29. Legal action should be initiated against the owners and workers safal outlet located opposite bhramaputra market for wastage of lacks of lits of water. I have personally told them time and again to ensure that no water is wasted, but the shameless people whom i call as anti nationals for wasting this precious resource, have not done any thing to ensure that float valve is replaced to ensure that such a precious resource is not wasted. Every day in the morning and evening whenever fresh water is released by the authorities, thousands of lits from their overhead tank is going down the drain opposite the outlet.
I earnestly request the concerned authorities to take stringent action against these defaulters and urge the govt to declare wastage of water as a national crime.
