I live on Sales Tax Road, Vikas Nagar, Kanpur, U.P. The house just adjacent to ours (CORNER HOUSE) is vacant and the owners visit twice a year. Whenever they come, they leave their tank open for hours and clean water gets wasted blatantly. We have to always inform them to close the tank. I am filling this complaint after seeing heights of negligence. This time they have left the house locked with pump open. WATER IS FLOWING SINCE MORE THAN 2 DAYS. 48 hours of clean water wastage ! (I am providing my address, not sure of their house no.)
