My name is Rajinder Kumar sehgal.
I am from Chandigarh.
My neighbourd daily waste a lot of water.
They split a lot of water in stairs daily unnecessarily and water get stagnate in front of our house.
If we stop them for this they fight with us.
You sir plz check this matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.
