In wave city, many builders are constructing illegal buildings. They are covering the entire 100% of the plot through the walls. They are not following any GDA rules and regulations. When you purchase a flat please check the surroundings your flat nearby should not be any plot vacant. Later on, that builder will cover the entire plot through walls and your balcony will be blocked from the backside. I am facing the same issue, The backside of flat no 1289, sector 2, the entire backside balcony is covered by the builder. Now, no air ventilation, and dark on the backside.
