In March 2014, I booked plot no. 132 at Wave City NH 24 Ghaziabad. Due to financial issues, I applied for the cancellation of booking on 21st April 2015. I gave cancellation request over phone on 21st April 2014 at the Wave Infratech’s corporate office in Noida. I am highly disappointed and frustrated due to lack of transparency of the current status of my application and delay in making the refund as per the commitment.
Still I kept receiving demand notices, which caused a lot of mental harassment to me and my family. After more than 4 months of submitting cancellation request, I still do not have any update on the status of my application. This delay has also incurred me several monitory loses due to interest lost on this amount since the day I gave cancellation request. It seems Wave Infratech has no plans to refund the booking amount and has cheated on me. Kindly advise.
