Waytohotel — No refund

Waytohotel company had first called me in Jan 2017 last week randomly and gave me a offer for the travel package for 4 nights and 3 days and SONY XPERIA Z2 tablet as gift for 10499. I got tempted and accepted and made the transaction, and they said i will get a welcome kit after 9 days and gift after the welcome package. Its been 3 months i did not receive any package and i had been trying to contact on this matter but in vain. on 14th april 2017 around 1 pm i get a call from one of the associates of waytohotel asking me about the holiday details, i said i haven’t received any kit nor the gift so he asked me whether u wanted to continue or u want reimbursement, i said ok. After 15 mins i get a call from their accounts section for the refund and they took my card details and brainwashed me to give all the details as it was necessary for the refund. Then in 4 transactions they transferred to themselves 3000 i.e, in total 12000, i kept saying this is wrong and they kept saying its a technical error and took 12000. After that i had a talk Mr Vikesh Singh their head and he assured me to refund the money via different route via some link. I was transferred to Mr Subham Choudary mail dept for further processing, and he said that server was down and asked me call next day at 11 am.
Next day, i.e, 15th april 2017 Saturday i called around 11 30 and spoke to Mr Subham Choudary and he told me that i had to carry the amount which will be credited i.e 22000 in total, 10000 from previous travel package. It smelt fishy to me coz u don’t need money in the other persons account where you will be transferring. I told him many times, but he kept insisting on carrying the amount in my account, i refused to do so and asked where it is written that u should a have money in your account to get credited and he said its company policy. They finally agreed on doin the process and they sent me link not mu email id but they created one more email id and had sent link to that e mail id and they shared me the email id and said me link and processing, but it failed twice. I called and told them i did not get any money, and then their phone was off for 2 days.
On Monday morning, 17th april 2017, i apparently called and checked to see whether they were available, the call was received by Mr Aman and i asked him to connect me to Mr Shubham Chodhary he told the was on off and he apparently spoke to him and got to know about my issue. He said me he ll do the refund and he asked me to give for my account number and ifsc code at 2 pm. He said dint call, i called him at 2 45, he said that server is down and he would call me.
He calls me on Tuesday morning, 18th april 2017 and asks for my account number and ifsc code i gave him and he said he ll come in 30 mins as it needs processing, i thought ok as adding beneficiary takes time then after one hour he calls me and says that my processing is done and i will need a verification code which turned out to be OTP, i said i wont share as this is wrong he kept insisiting on asking that it is a verification code. I gave the code twice knowing that the transaction will be failed coz there was no money in my account which they had insisted on me to have and i knew they were again tried to take my money .now they said that the transaction has failed coz there is no money in my account, i said i have and they kept on insisiting to share my account details regarding how much money i have in my account. I refused for this and they said i[censored] don’t share ur refund wont be possible.
Every transaction of theirs was in online transaction that to online gateways, i.e, paytm and payumoney and when asked to do other mode of transaction they refuse as their company has only these two modes as transactions and no NEFT/RTGS/IMPS or account transfer.
They are fraud and just giving fake promises regarding refund, but no refund yet.
