Wear.style — Received item with wrong color and they are not responding to my return requests

I had ordered for Green colored top but received Black one instead. Since then, I immediately wrote many mails and tried to contact them till now for placing return, but no one responds. Please look into this matter as I’d like to get my return placed soon. Thanking you in anticipation.
