Wearaffair Clothing — didn't receive the refund

I had selected 2 products from the website called as badtameez.com and while checking out of the cart, the payment was compulsory with no cash on delivery option, hence i continued with my payment and payment was shown as done, but the very next day i received a call that the products i have purchased are out of stock which in further i asked to refund my amount as they assured it to refund it in 7 days
But it has been above 3months and the refund isn't get reflected in my bank... And then they didn't reply to my email or do not have any other source of contact
