Dear Mr. Anurag Garg / Mr. Ashwani Chaturvedi (Mob-[protected]),

I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have Subscribed /Purchased webwork package of Rs. 57500(Fifty Seven thousnad five hundred only) from your company on 10th January 2017. As per your agreement and bond you have not fulfilled anything which you have committed in the agreement. i am very much disappointed with your performance. It didn’t even work for a single day.i didn't get a single payment from 10th jan to till date. i have written a request letter for the refund, but till date we have not got any response. It was a complete dissatisfaction for me. I have made the payment through NEFT, dated[protected]. I would be very thankful to you could look into the matter as to why this delay has happened and provide our refund at the earliest.

Your promptness in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Note- I have all the documents Related to my payment and agreement and receipt copy as well.
As i have taken the money as loan from someone and That person is forcing me to repay the Loan. if i won't be able to repay his loan within next 3 days, otherwise he will take strict Legal action against me. please do not cheat with me and refund my money within 3 days. after 3 days i will be going to Consumer forum and to CBI also if you do not refund my money.
