I HAVE RECEIVED FREE TALK TIME BY USING WE CHAT OFFER. BUT THIS TIME WE FACED MUCH PROBLEM TO GET FREE RECHARGE. ACCORDING TO UR OFFER, WE CAN REDEEM ATLEAST 50/- BUT ITS WRONG. I AM NOT BEING ABLE TO REDEEM MY 50/- BALANCE TO GET UR VOUCHER CODE. ITS SAY THAT UR VOUCHER IS VALID FOR ON 70/- RECHARGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO. NOW I APPLIED FOR 50/- BALANCE AND THIS BALANCE WILL BE LOST ITSELF IF IT IS NOT APPLIED.I HAVE 9 MOBILE IN MY FRIENDS GROUP, AND WE ARE ALL FAIL IN GET REDEEM UNSUCCESS AND LOST BALANCE, WE HAVE GOT BALANCE EVERY TIME. BUT THIS TIME WE HAVE FACED MUCH PROBLEM. IF IT WILL BE HAPPENED THEN WHO WILL BE USE..

WeChat customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Wehat cheated users in the name of free recharge. Paytm allows only one recharge per mobile. Second recharge not allowed. Lot of recharge codes become waste as not usable. Very disappointed. Wechat should do somerhing to avoid bad name / image.
