Everyone should avoid purchasing their product since they have very poor response in warranty claim as per my experience.
i had purchased a product of WeCool from CRED on 6th july 2023 with one year warranty. but there is now problem of charging and when contacted their customer care number [protected] several times (more than 10 times), they didnt receive the calls.
i got a call after one hour stating that there was miss call from my number so they are calling me.
when i explained my issue to her at customer care and asked her to tell me the process of warranty claim.
the customer care executive was very arrogant and denied to tell the process of warranty claim.
wording by her
" pehle aapko jo bola ja raha hai vo kijiye, invoice and product ka video whatsapp kijiye, time to lagta hi hai, fir batayenge kya karna hai"
and after uploading detail on whatsapp got the message " Shortage of stock, sorry"
request WeCool Authorities to look into the matter
