[Resolved]  Keralamatrimony.com — Customer care member given wrong information to become paid member

Hello,

I have registered to keralamatrimony.com for my brother to find a life partner. The customer care member given me wrong information that there are total 17 members interested to the profile and we can see the interest count and interested members list only after becoming the paid member. By trusting the customer care member's words I became a paid member by selecting the classic package of Rs. 2600 on 24th November. After that also I can see the interested count as zero. Then the customer care member said it will take 24 hours to become activate the profile and after that I can see the details. Today is the 4th day of becoming the paid member and now also I can see only 0 interest. I contacted them they send me some wrong IDs that are not yet contacted or interested to my brother's profile. I need a refund for the same. Please take necessary action.

May I know the status of this complaint ?
I had paid 20000 rs for assited service and not a single person is having follow up. they only call for feed back give my money backkk.
