Welding Shop — Excessive sound pollution from welding shop

This is in reference to the excessive and uncontrollable noise pollution from a nearby welding shop. The shop is located in Mahavir enclave, Old Some Bazar Road, Near Mega Tech Computer Institute, 110045. Being a student it is really not possible to focus on studies because of the noise. Since it is a residential area it becomes very much difficult as the noise is extremely high. Please take corrective measures as soon as possible. I shall be highly grateful.
