Welding Shop — Illegal welding shop near to my house in village

At post Ganjewadi, near-shingave canal, Tahsil-Ambegaon,District-pune ,Pincode-410504

There is one shop which is newly open to my in my village with no any permission from Govt. of Maharashtra .
and currently they are using the electricity by theft from local electric wire.
Due to that welding shop now become very crucial due to large sound, cutting noise.

Please look into this matter.
