Welding Shop — noise and air pollution from welding shop

Dear sir,

I am residing in nizampet (Beside crayons school), beside of my home there is a welding shop and it runs from am 8:30 to 7:30 pm even on sundays and late nights. We are getting heavy sounds from grinding and cutting machines, we requested shop owner to minimize the machine operations at a time but he denied to use one machine at a time instead he is using all the machines at a time due to this we are facing with sound pollution. Also, we are getting air pollution due to cutting of iron (Ore). This air pollution causes to life threat as we (Including kids) feel difficult to breathe.

We are not sure about the shop licence and also this is not an industrial area to give permissions for welding shops event after 6:00 pm and late nights.

There are two schools beside of this welding machine shop.

Kindly consider my request and please resolve this issue a. S. A. P.
