Welding Shop — noise pollution 7 days a week

Sealing should start here also. Indra vikas colony mukherjee nagar new delhi. I m a student living in 19/5 building no.. There are two welding shops in front of pg that have made living hell here (110 db sound) it is residential area and commercial welding shops operating here illegally. Police wouldnt help as i have seen police constable taking money from them weekly. Plz help
