Welding Shop — Welding shop creating noise and air pollution

I would like to bring to your notice that a welding shop operating from 10 AM to 7 PM in a residential area is creating lot of noise and air pollution.
It is difficult to work from home, attend online meetings, watching TV, even talking to each other at home is difficult.
The shop is behind my house on the road which is used by labor who lives in the houses built for labors close to the railway track. Address is - 3rd main, 2nd cross, post office road, GMCK layout, backside in Pragathi layout, Doddanekkundi, 560037, Bangalore.
