I was prescribed Zolfresh 12.5mg by an MBBS Doctor near my home for very high BP related to sleep issues. But all pharmacies including this one refused to give the medicine ! What nonsense is this ?! Does this mean an MBBS Doctor has no right to prescribe a medicine and a bloody stupid pharmacist can refuse to give the medicine at his discretion and that we patients should suffer and die ?!!
Is a Pharmacist more qualified than a doctor to decide on a medication for a patient ? Then, why don't we allow these people to act as consulting doctors ?!
What if a patient dies because the pharmacist refuses him a legitimately prescribed medicine ? What is the law for this ?
Can we sue these pharmacists and send them behind bars for manslaughter ? Was this information helpful? |
