Wells Fargo — Can't log into my accounts

I use my last login and password and it will not work then the try to create one by giving all my personal information does not work but makes it available to the world and they can get to my account I still cannot
then no new account is good enough my credit card does not work my ssn does not work nothing works so I call and get a live person who does not understand some of my questions and still the numbers do not work she tries to send me a code to use it does not come
it is now three hours since i started to get to my bank information and now i have nothing left to try
