For above consumer metre location maa shaktinagar pradhanpara budharaja 768004, i have deposited provisional for modern smart metre for period apr17 to july 17, which became more smart to vanish readings. The same to be adjusted on average reading for next 3 months reading of new metre installed. I am regular bill payer. On dt29.04.2018, a smart metre reader gave a bill for difference unit to present as 1581 unit instead of real 1251 unit. I lodged complaint the same day at budharaja customer unit and assured for for correction. That day consulting from that office i deposited nearabout rs1100 instead a hefty sum with default charge. Again today that smart staff has a bill for that same unit 1581 instead 1461. Please change that smart reader and send for simple reader for accurate reading. After all correction, i am in need of a decent bill to avoid exploit of default charge of fraud employee of wesco.
