On 2nd april 2019 i booked a senior citizen health check up package for 3rd april at suraksha diagnostic centre madhyamgram branch.. I categorically asked them when the doctor would come for doing usg... They informed me that at around 9.30 doctor would come.. On 3rd april, i. E today i went there at 9.15 and done all the blood tests.. But in spite of knowing that i had whole abdomen usg and i didnt have any urine pressure, doctor called and done upper usg and told to come on 06.04.2019. I requested that doctor to wait for some time as urine pressure was coming gradually.. But she rudely declined and left the place...in spite of prior booking, doctor had not given the service.. She stayed that centre for 40 min..

She is highly irresponsible and rude doctor who didnt provide the service, in spite of paying the total amount..
