West Bengal Police Recruitment Board — Transaction is failed but debited my account

With due respect i would like to inform you that i was paying the west bengal police recruitment exam fees through billdesk 19.08.15 evening, then the money had been deducted from my SBI account.my cash deducted from my bank a/c in SBI account, but in mywest bengal police recruitment account it still shows that my payment has not been done yet.I got a message from SBI - " Thank you for using SBI Debit Card ********* for a purchase worth rs-155.70 it is debited to my a/c 3 time please check my application no Application Serial No is '50400947'.Please kindly CHECK My bank a/c and please refund all the excess money which is wrongly debited from my bank a/c . an i am also submit a mini statement please see and the check my 1st deduction money on 19.08.15 amnt rs- 155.70 and 2nd money deduction on 19.08.15 rs-155.70 and the 3rd deduction is 20.08.15 rs-155.70, the 3rd payment is real or 1st and 2 nd payment is fake deduction so sir please refund money to my bank a/c i am also add my photo proff so please check and action properly thank you.
