[Resolved] Western Digital — Replacement Drive not received even after 2 months

My Name is Arun Nayak, i had submitted my Western Digital WD Green 240 GB (2.5 inch) SATA III Internal Solid State Drive ( In Warranty ) for replacement at Total Telecom, Prabhadevi, Mumbai on 9th December 2021 and they told me that your replacement drive will be shipped at your residential address in 10-15 days but till date i have not received my replacement drive even after following up with WD Customer Care on their Toll Free number and Chat support for 3 to 4 times and every time they give the same answer "We have escalated your case to concerned shipping department and your product will be shipped soon but its nearly 2 months and still RMA STATUS is not showing shipped, i never expected this kind of service for a international company, please help me get my replacement product shipped as soon as possible
