Their is my order no . S80423005, I want to replace with the new one order or need cash back ASAP ...

my order no. is S80342835. i ordered puma shoes one and a half month earlier. first of all they sent me the shoes which is not mentioned on their site and gave the shoes for girls as i ordered for boys and then i returned the product i bared about 135 rs. for delivery charges and they mentioned on their site that they reimburse 100 rs. in the form of mobile recharge. i mailed them about 15 times all the information regarding the invoice and mobile no. details but they didn't recharge yet. such a fake site and they even don't sent me the right product in second time but now i am unable to pay another delivery charges for exchange. please don't buy from this site. please purchase from authentic sites as they charge somewhat higher but they send you genuine product with good customer support.

WHEN I RETURNED THE PRODUCT I HAD TO BARE 135 CHARGES AS A DELIVERY. THEY MENTIONED ON THEIR SITE THAT THEY REIMBURSE THE COURIER CHARGES . I MAILD THEM ABOUT 15 TIMES AND GAVE ALL THE DETAILS ABOUT THE PRODUCT BUT THEY DIDN'T RECHARGE YET. AND THE SECOND TIME ALSO THEY SENT THE WRONG SHOES THE SHOES ARE OF LOW QUALITY AND THE LOFO OF PUMA IS ALSO FAKE. SUCH A FAKE SITE DON'T BUY FROM IT. NEVER EVER.

Dear sir/Madam I have ordered 5 jeans which are very bad in quality and the size of pants is not as my requirements and now I'm calling them they are not responding me.

. I have ordered for 30 size jeans and they have delivered 28 size and its not fitting me. after calling and mailing them several times they didnt respond. kindly request to take back the product and refund the money.
