[Resolved] Whaaky.com — Faulty/incomplete order sent and not talking back

I have purchased a combo of 3 mobiles, when i received the order ( S[protected] i found two mobile does not have the batteries and one mobile is showing invalid IMEI number. As per their instruction i send the item back from speed post via tracking number ED[protected]IN on 02 may 2014. Postal dept. made 2 attempt of delivery but they are not taking product back. I request you to please intervene and resolve the matter.
