[Resolved] Whaaky.com — I want my money back against rejected order bcoz of duplicate products | |||
Dear Sir, I am Bhyrappa from Bangalore. I made a combo order (Reebok shoe & track suite) on whaaky.com. Order No. S80209128 & I paid Rs- 949 through credit card on 25th Feb 2014. They claimed the products to be original. Meanwhile one of my colleague received the products from whaaky.com for similar combo order (Order no. S80193737. Ordered date 19 Feb 2014). I & my colleague found that the products which are supplied from Whaaky.com were duplicate. So I rejected my products against my order S80209128 on 11th March 2014. I have sent 4 mails to customer care but not received a single reply. Whenever I tried to call & contact whaaky.com, I receive automated messages & call will end after some time. I have attached snaps of products which are received by my colleague against order S80193737. Kindly refund my money at the earliest and never cheat customers with such duplicate products. But I have rejected the material on 11th March 2014 and by this time that material should have reach your place.
Kindly do need full at the earliest.

As per my today's (25th March) telephonic discussion had with whaaky.com customer support (Ms. Lafya), you guys told me that you have not yet received your product back. But I have contacted Aramex courier and got confirmation as whaaky has received the product back. For your reference refer the attached shipment status received from Aramex courier service.
Same has been communicated through email to [protected]@whaaky.com.
I don't know why the hell you are acting like this.
Kindly refund my amount at the earliest.
