[Resolved] Whaaky.com — no return of product after sending them wrong/misplaced product | |||
I have received a bill for pair of three shoes (of INR 999)and inside that I had multipurpose jacket and flipflops(of INR 325). My order no is S80113070, Delivered at 6:30 pm 13th Nov 2013. I have sent it back to Hyderabad center to Syed immediately after talking to Whaaky support and its been more than 12 days since i have done that (The shipment has reached Hyderabad Whaaky center at 11:41 am, Wed, 20th Nov 2013 and received by Whaaky team Shipment id BLR[protected] wirh signature acwk) but there is still no action from whaaky.I dont know why they always misplace a product which costs less than the ordered one. I got a pathetic premature response from Whaaky team on 27th NOV 2013 saying that they have not received the defective product even after receiving it before 8 working days. http://www.tpcindia.com/track-trace.aspx track Id is :-BLR[protected] It clearly says that you have received at 14:01 on 20th Nov. I have attached a screenshot too. How do you say you have not yet received the product yet??? Now the flag has been closed and mail is ignored again.I am really pissed off because of your very slow response and spineless customer support.It is been over a month they are playing hide and seek.Serious fraud.
