[Resolved] Whaaky.com — Payment Issue | |||
Hi, I'm writing this message to bring an issue to your light. I bought two deals (Order No.: S80245428.) from Whaaky.com on 12th March for which I paid the money (1998 Rs) online through my SBI account debit card, but when the delivery guy came he asked for money stating that it was a cash-on-delivery order. I told him that I had already paid the money and refused to pay again. He returned without delivering the products. I have since tried to contact you customer care executives but they did not attend any of my calls. I have also sent them 2 E-mails regarding the same but haven't got any reply yet. I'm also sending you the screen-shot I took which shows that I had made the payment through the debit card. Please help me in getting this issue resolved. You can contact me at: [protected]. Sir I bought a product which is bedsheet but when we cheked the stuff which was not.
