Dear Sir/Maam, I Arfat Ahmed ordered Multipurpose Jacket & Reebok Shoes order no.S80446721 in the name of Shani Kumar, We have not received the product as per showing in the picture. We received the shoe of white colour which is not resembling to the shoe which you have showned in picture. This is fraud to the customer that product you are sending is somethingelse and product you are showing is somethingelse. So i want my refund amount back as early as possible. Kindly send your courier company man to receive the courier from the place where he has delivered. We are not responsible to send the courier to your warehouse, because this is not our mistake. I want my money back as early as possible. For any query kindly contact undersigned.
